Skates are really good. Nicole did a great job for us, as there was a problem with how the skates were advertised. They originally were out in men's sizes, but then the company sent them out as women's sizes, so they were too small. When I called about the problem, she sent me the correct pair right away and emailed me the return label for the first pair. All at their cost. That was really nice of her to do. So I am really happy with my purchase from SkateOutLoud.
